Final "edits" typically take 4-5 days upon receiving clients final selection. This allows ample time for revisions and creative adjustments to be made.

At CaptureTheMoment Visualz we do not offer RAW unedited images. We do not provide RAW files because they are unfinished, unprocessed, and do not reflect the final quality of our work. RAW files require professional editing to achieve the polished, cohesive look that represents our brand and your vision.

A "look" is considered to be different style of clothing or outfit.

Yes! You can choose additional edits as an "add on" to any package of your choice.

Unfortunately we do not offer raw clips, as raw clips are not colored, not formatted, and unprocessed. These factors do not reflect the final quality of our work and would not represent our brand accurately.

All clips and final videos are delivered via dropbox link. 

We recommend booking at minimum 2 weeks in advanced before desired date of session. Due to high booking request and client consolations. This allows every client to fairly have their spot available

Yes! Upon booking, a 50% Non-refundable Deposit is required to secure your session date. 

Yes! Late and rescheduling  fees are charged to clients who reschedule within 7 days of their session.

All final images and raw proofs will be provided in an online gallery link sent via email!

"Selects" can be defined as set of images that are typically chosen from a larger group of images for use in a final edit set.

A location by definition, can be defined as a particular place that is typically outside of a studio in a real-world setting. We like to define locations as any area that requires a relocation and breakdown of equipment.

  • Concept Mapping: We start sketching an or outlining the direction you want the project to take.
  • Brainstorming: Open the door to you for any and all creative thoughts. This allows the ideas to flow freely.

2. Scouting Phase: Finding the Right People and Places

  • People & Talent: Identify the key individuals or talent who will help bring your concept to life.
  • Location Scouting: Find the best locations that match the mood and feel of your concept.
  • Shot List Creation: Develop a detailed shot list that includes all the angles, close-ups, and key moments you want to capture.
  • Final Check: Ensure all resources (models, props, locations) are available and aligned with your vision.

3. Actual Shoot/Showtime: Bringing the Vision to Life

  • Set the Scene: Arrive on set and prepare everything according to your shot list and location setup.
  • Follow the List, Trust Your Instincts: While sticking to your shot list, we remain open to spontaneous ideas. Experiment with angles, lighting, and new directions that may arise naturally.
  • Collaborative Energy: We’re open to collaboration with your team, whether it’s talent or crew. Sometimes, the best moments happen unexpectedly.
